You can <a href="render">render the Swiki</a> to plain HTML. Check the <a href="help">help guide</a> for more information. The rendered version is placed in the 'rendered' directory of the swiki unless otherwise specified in the settings. This can be used to generate a back-up static copy that can be used when the server is down.
